Sat WODs are at 9am and are free to the public.

Elements - Tue-Thu: 

6:00 PM

Yoga - Tue:

6:00 PM

Yoga at 6p for one half-hour Tue coupled with the WOD. Tue WODs are shorter by design so you can fill the other half-hour with yoga.  For example, if you normally workout at 5:30, your workout will be over by 6:00 and you can cool-down with yoga. On the other hand, if you normally come at 6:30, you can come early for yoga at 6:00 and be out by 7:00. Yoga is optional for anyone in Elements class - it can be counted toward your 10 Elements class requirement if you choose.

Free Friends and Family Fridays are the last Friday of every month from 4p - 8p (drop-in anytime). 

Each member has 24-HOUR ACCESS to Snap Fitness North Arlington!
