Please arrive early in order to complete the full warm-up for that day. WOD will start at the above time. If prescribed warm-up is not complete when the WOD starts, you must wait until the next WOD.
Elements class for new members Mon / Thu at 7:15 and Sat at 11:00.
FREE WOD TO PUBLIC every Saturday at 12:00. Elements attendance at 11:00 is highly encouraged.
