Workouts of the Day (WODs) Mon-Thu:

Elements - Mon-Wed:

6:00 PM

Yoga - Tue:

5:00 PM

6:00 PM

Yoga 5p and 6pfor one half-hour each Tue coupled with the WOD. Tue WODs are shorter by design so you can fill the other half-hour with yoga.  For example, if you normally workout at 4:30, your workout will be over by 5:00 and you can cool-down with yoga. On the other hand, if you normally come at 5:30, you can come early for yoga at 5:00 and be out by 6:00. Yoga is optional for anyone in Elements class - it can be counted toward your 10 Elements class requirement if you choose.

Free Friends and Family Fridays are the last Friday of every month from 4p - 7p (drop-in anytime). 

Each member has 24-HOUR ACCESS to Snap Fitness North Arlington!
